Ingham Farm's Values
Nestled beneath the quiet ridge of Gum Springs Mountain in Sparta, Tennessee, Ingham Farm is a living tribute to sustainability, tradition, and Southern heritage. Our nearly 7-acre property is home to a thriving spring, fertile pastureland, and a deep-rooted history that stretches from ancient Native cultures to early settler homesteads.

Our Land,
Our Philosophy
Ingham Farm isn’t just a plot of soil — it’s a preserved piece of Tennessee history. Artifacts unearthed from our fields reveal a long human presence here, including Native American arrowheads, stone tools, and early farm relics. We treat our land as a sacred trust, combining Indigenous wisdom, Appalachian traditions, and modern sustainability.
We follow 3 core principles:
- Natural & Chemical-Free – Everything we grow or raise is free from harmful additives or shortcuts.
- Historically Rooted – Our approach is shaped by the rhythms and respect of those who lived here before us.
- Community-Centered – We believe farming is for everyone — and we invite you to be part of it.
